BGC - Term 3

Thanks everyone for their patience and support with the new online registering system for Gymsports NZ - Friendly Manager.  Special thanks to Heidi for all the extra work she has done with the new system.  Hopefully it will streamline the admin role from now on. 

Lynne Duncan as been assisting Donna in Term 2 and will continue to do so for Term 3.  Lynne and Donna are currently completing their online training modules with Gymsports NZ and will attend the Practical Understanding Movement course when the next Nelson based course date is confirmed. 

We have a new BGC committee member - Joey Keen - welcome Joey. We meet once a month on a Thursday for approximately 1.5 hours. We are always looking for more members, feel freeto contact any one of us. 

On the last Thursday of term 3 - 11 students, Donna and Lynne, Heidi and Nikki headed to Greymouth to join in on the Iron and Bronze classes and observe, have a go on their wonderful equipment and gain some new coaching techniques and assistance.  It was a valuable experience. 

Buller Gymnastics Club will be offering older students to attend the Hoktika Gymnastics Competition on Sunday 22 September.  This is a totally voluntary option to compete in the Top of the South routines grades at recreational level.
